With more than 20 years of experience in technology consulting and software development, Jason leads the Sales and Customer Success Team. Jason has spent the last 10 years of his career at Callidus Cloud/SAP working in the SPM space focusing exclusively on the insurance vertical. He has served as a lead consultant, implementation team manager, service sales, and customer engagement executive.

Jack leads efforts in developing and improving business processes. Jack’s modular approach to enhance business functionality and processes, allows for clients to easily customize standard processes, with minimal cost, time, and disruption.  His experience includes roles at Acteksoft / CallidusCloud/SAP from 2013 to 2021 where he served as Lead Technical Consultant and Architect. While working as Lead APM Architect, Jack led implementations for Agent Performance Management, Onboarding, and Agent Portal solutions. Jack also led the SAP services team in designing & implementing new solutions and business processes related to the complete Agent life-cycle.

Eli has six years of experience working with insurance agencies and carriers to provide best practice recommendations and improve processes with respect to onboarding, licensing, appointing, and termination of insurance producers. He has led carriers to completely replace their paper-based onboarding with an electronic system. Eli has served as a Business Analyst, Lead Consultant, and Architect.

Karen has more than 25 years of technical experience in all stages of the software development life cycle. She has worked in various industries including, Banking, Manufacturing, Telecom and Insurance.

 

During her time at ActekSoft/CallidusCloud/SAP/Cahaba she used her knowledge and understanding of the guidelines to assist with the creation and maintenance of the current Medicare Model in APM/ICM. As an Architect she successfully implemented this model as well as many non Medicare related implementations on APM/ICM.

 

In her spare time she enjoys international travel and crafting, such as Diamond Painting, knitting, crocheting and sewing.

Dee is a PMP certified project manager with over 25 years of technical and business experience
working within the insurance and banking industries. As a business user at a Medicare Advantage Health Plan she led the implementation, and used, the CallidusCloud ICM product; managed the broker support team; and worked within Medicare Compliance. As a project
manager at CallidusCloud / SAP / Cahaba she supported a number of SAP APMe /ICM, Agent
Connection and Advanced Workflow implementations across multiple clients. 

 

As Director, Services Delivery, Dee is responsible for ensuring that the services being provided meet the
client expectations. Dee approaches all her engagements with an eye towards process
improvement and developing collaborative relationships.

Andrew provides Cahaba clients with solutions to a variety of problems including data integration, validation and reporting.
Andrew has experience working for CallidusCloud/SAP from 2017 to 2021 before joining Cahaba Consulting Group.

Taylor has a strong background in insurance, business and technology. Previously being an insurance agent has provided her with comprehensive knowledge of the industry and the ability to deliver exceptional service to clients. This combined with her degree in business helps with her strategic decision making and problem solving skills. Along with her business degree she also has a technical certificate equipping her with an understanding of multiple programming languages.

 

In her free time she enjoys gardening, cooking and fishing. When not at home, she can be found at the beach.

Keith has 40 plus years of experience in the IT field, and has had roles supporting the insurance
industry for more than 12 years. He has significant experience planning and executing data
migrations between hardware platforms as well as with planning and executing software
conversions and upgrades.

As a consultant / solutions architect for ActekSoft/CallidusCloud/Cahaba he has designed and
implemented ICM / APM solutions for Annuity, Medicare Supplement, and Life insurance
carriers. He also has extensive experience supporting ICM / APM customers in a managed
services role.

In his spare time Keith enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Johnny has 20+ years’ experience working with APME and ALM. For most of that time, he served as head of engineering for those products. Adding to his extensive knowledge and experience, Johnny served as an implementation specialist and head of support. He started in 2002 at Acteksoft where he was the second developer on APME engineering team. Years later he oversaw the creation and rollout of ALM.

Stephen has 20+ years of IT experience working with various technologies and in various industries. As an IT consultant he has led development and implementation teams and worked directly with clients to deliver enterprise solutions.

Stephen has 6+ years implementing commission systems within the insurance industry. He  has filled various roles within projects including quality and support, developer, architect and manager. 

Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and growing native plants in his spare time.

Laura has 6 years experience in implementing software and 2 years experience as a software developer. During her career, she's worked in various industries including insurance, mortgage banking, and warehouse logistics. With a degree in mathematics, they are very logic driven and love solving complicated problems.

In her free time, she is a member of several different recreational sports league in Atlanta including bowling, flag football, dodgeball, and many more.
